MUSCULOSKELETAL ULTRASOUND COURSE

This course will serve as the third in a series of musculoskeletal ultrasound courses. The focus will be entirely on the wrist and elbow. It is designed for the physical medicine and rehabilitation clinician currently performing ultrasound imaging or wishing to expand his or her capacity to incorporate ultrasound imaging into the practice.

This course will address the function of musculoskeletal ultrasound, its capabilities and its limitations. It will include lectures on billing and coding, marketing your ultrasound practice and purchasing an ultrasound machine. Upon successful completion of the course, attendees will receive a certificate of proficiency.

Driving Information
The historic mining/resort town of Breckenridge is located two hours west of Denver International Airport via Interstate 70. Beaver Run is located at the base of Peak 9 just a few blocks from historic Main Street.   Arriving from Denver, you'll drive westbound on I-70 and through the Eisenhower Tunnel as you cross under the Continental Divide. Exit to the right at the Frisco Exit (Exit 203, Highway 9 South), proceed through the round-a-bout to the 3rd exit. Continuing through the town of Frisco stay on Highway 9 South approximately 10 miles to Breckenridge. When you arrive at the round-a-bout bear to the right taking the first exit (North Park). Continue on North Park passing a shopping center on your left, under the Gondola, through the stoplight (1st Bank will be just before the stoplight on your left), continue on Park (now South Park) past Lone Star Sports, the River Walk Center and parking lot, you will pass a second parking lot ("F-Lot") all on your left until you come to a "Y" in the road. Turn right onto Village Road and up the hill to the Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center at the top. The Registration area is just after a large parking lot and just prior the skywalk on your left.
